• Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original mode of payment.

7. Appointment & Rescheduling

• Clients are expected to be punctual for all scheduled appointments.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be accommodated based on availability.

• Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
