Cancellation & Refund
a. Members may cancel a confirmed booking for a course, consultation, or counselling session at any time before the commencement of the session, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
b. Once a course, consultation, or counselling session has commenced, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances. This includes partial attendance, dissatisfaction with content, or change of mind. All such purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
c. If a course, consultation, or session is cancelled or postponed by Kaalam or Neha Agarwal, the Member will be eligible for either a full refund or the option to reschedule, as per the discretion of the management.
d. All refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing via email to our official support channels within 3 working days of the cancellation, along with valid payment proof.
e. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days and credited via the original mode of payment or any other mode deemed appropriate by Kaalam.
f. Kaalam reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of our website or services implies your acceptance of such changes.
